Hi, I'm Joy Fopma

From the time I was little, I dreamed of speaking on a stage. The lies that I came to believe made that dream seem impossible, until light broke through. I saw God’s glory in my deepest wound and it dazzled me. He led me out of darkness and on a path of hope. I walk on that path of hope and love to share it with others.

My mission:  Know Christ through suffering and resurrection.

I live in Iowa with my husband Aaron, the “get it done guy” of my dreams, and our dog, Finn. We are empty nesters who aim to build a legacy of And So Somehow resurrection together.

My prayer is that you experience His light through every page of And So Somehow. Because in His light- everything changes.
